To organize your stay as perfectly as possible, our team will contact you a few days before your arrival, in order to prepare every detail of your visit with us.

Your pets are welcome in our Residences Alticimes. Come with by your faithful companion for an unforgettable vacation.
Arrival kit
For your arrival, we provide you with capsules for the Dolce Gusto coffee machine, dishwashing liquid and other essentials.
Beds made before your arrival
Our team will contact you a few days before your arrival to prepare your visit. Possibilities: double beds or single beds depending of your needs and for your ideal comfort.
Children’s amenities
Are you traveling with the family? Our Alticimes Residences fit to everyone, even the little ones. At your disposal upon your arrival: highchairs, portable crib or barriers for beds on request
Covered parking
During your stay, take advantage of our covered parking, reserved exclusively for our customers. This secured place is under video surveillance and can be opened with a digital code. Maximum height : 1.95m
Covid Friendly
At your disposal upon your arrival, you will be able to learn about our COVID-19 charter. It will guarantee you a peaceful stay.
Electric car charging station
When reserving the car park, don't forget to tell if you come with an electric car, our parking is equipped with 4 charging stations for electric vehicles.
End of the stay cleaning
At the end of your stay, leave the apartment with peace of mind. Our teams take care of cleaning and disinfecting your apartment after your departure.
Luggage storage
Entrust us with your luggage before or after your stay to calmly appreciate the surroundings of our Residences Alticimes. They will be kept in a secure room.
Pressing
Drop off your laundry at reception. In just 48 hours, our team will replace it for you in your apartment, perfectly cleaned and ironed by the local laundry.
Race delivery
For a serene arrival, order your groceries in advance at the drive of Super U Salins-les-Thermes. We will collect them and place them for you in your apartment before your arrival.
Ski equipment rental
Book your ski equipment before your stay. Thanks to our partnership with Skiset, get 5% off your online reservation in a Skiset store.
Ski passes
Book your ski passes online with a card number. We'll drop them off at your apartment before you arrive and all you have to do is ski.
Ski room
In winter, after a beautiful day of skiing, store your equipment safely in our ski room, equipped with heated shoes and gloves rails and ski or snowboard racks. In summer, after an “off-roader” bike ride, you can clean them and park them in a secure room.
Tips for your stay
Our team is present throughout your stay to guide you in the choice of your activities. We can recommend restaurants, shops, trips etc ...
Towels
Travel lighter and don't carry towels in your luggage. We will take care of it for you. Towels and hospitality products will be available in your apartment.
Transfer
We help you organize your transfers, by bus or taxi, to and from airports and train stations as well as your transfers during your stay.
Welcome product
Upon your arrival, Les Résidences Alticimes will provide you with a welcome kit with toothbrushes, shower gels and shampoos to be found in your bathrooms.
Aster des Alpes
